1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clinivo (clinivo.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Who May Use the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States to use Clinivo. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Keep your password confidential and notify us of any unauthorized access.
Update your information to keep it accurate.
Use only one account at a time.

4. For Employers

Employers (facilities and staffing agencies) using Clinivo to post jobs agree to the following:

Job postings must accurately describe the role, compensation, location, and requirements.
Employers must be authorized to hire for the positions they post.
Employers must not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected class.
Employers are responsible for all content in their job postings, profile, and communications.
Employers must comply with all applicable labor laws, including fair hiring practices.
Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. For Job Seekers

Healthcare professionals using Clinivo to find jobs agree to the following:

Information in your profile, resume, and applications must be truthful and accurate.
You must not misrepresent your credentials, certifications, or experience.
You are responsible for evaluating job opportunities and employers before accepting any offer.
Clinivo is a platform that facilitates connections; we are not a party to any employment relationship.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or applications.
Impersonate another person or entity.
Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the platform without permission.
Post jobs involving pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or fees charged to applicants.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Employers may subscribe to paid plans for job posting and candidate access features. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Trial periods, where available, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

8. Intellectual Property

Clinivo and its content, including the logo, design, text, and software, are the property of Clinivo and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit (resumes, profiles, messages), and grant Clinivo a license to use it for the purpose of operating the platform and matching you with opportunities.

9. Disclaimers

Clinivo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a job or hire a candidate through the platform. We do not verify the accuracy of all job postings or user profiles, though we take steps to identify and remove fraudulent listings. Employment decisions are solely between you and the other party.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clinivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, data, or profits.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, including suspicious or fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
